As per the latest guidelines received from Government of India, all the medical invitation letters are required to be pre-validated by the concerned hospital on the 'Medical and Ayush visa Portal' at the following URL: https://indianfrro.gov.in/frro/medicalvaluetravel
The concerned hospital is required to register on the 'Medical and Ayush Visa Portal' before they can proceed to upload the medical invitation letter. Upon pre-validation, the concerned hospital is required to share the pdf copy of medical invitation letter with the applicant. The following pdf copy provided by hospital has to be provided at the time of visa application submission.
Invitation Letter from reputed Indian hospital. Indian hospital letter should be on hospital letter head with stamp and signature, should specify type of treatment and duration of treatment, passport number, nationality, name of the patient and attendant.
Valid medical documents from a recognized UAE hospital stating their illness.
Medical Attendant Visa

Note:
Medical attendant visa would be granted to only those people who are accompanying the patient. (Maximum of two medical attendants)
