Election Commission Card / e-Aadhar / Aadhar Card to be produced in ORIGINAL at the time of submitting the application.
Original Nativity Certificate attested by the concerned state home department / online nativity certificate which can be verified online.
Original Income Tax Assessment Order.
Latest One Year Savings Bank statement with authorized signature and original seal of the Bank from the home branch in India which is under applicant name. Dubai Representable stamps are not acceptable.
List of Scheduled private Indian Bank, Regional Rural Bank & Public sector Bank mentioned in the banks list are acceptable.
Bank Pass book of running bank account in Original with photocopy of 1st and latest transaction details page to be produced at the time of submission.
Applicant can put UAE address in passport by attaching DEWA/SEVA bill and title deed under applicant’s name only.
In case of address change as per spouse or parents passport.
NOC from Spouse/Parent in the form of Sworn Affidavit required from Spouse/Parent in case residing in UAE.
Notarized NOC in original from the Spouse/Parent in case residing in India.
