A declaration by the applicant to the effect that he has not stayed in India for more than 182 days during the PREVIOUS Financial Year (1ST April, to 31st March …) and purpose of the application.
A Sworn affidavit, if an NRI Certificate is sought for the admission in case of Bonafide Guardianship
Personal appearance of applicant is compulsory to establish physical identity.
